  • Will this product harm plants ?

    Thanks for reaching out. When using this machine, there should no person, plants and pets inside the house. Since it produces ozone, it will react with the plant cells and might wilt whatever plant you have. Thank you.

  • Regarding the 6000QAH, your web site calls for 18 minutes per 1,000 sf. The oner's manual received with the unit calls for 35 minutes per 1,000 sf. Which is correct? Thank you, William G.

    If you have Alpine Air Commercial Ozone Generator – 6,000 mg/h, it depends on how strong or mild the smell in your home. If it has a mild odor, you can run the machine for 18-20 minutes while if the house has Strong odor, you can run it for 35-50 minutes. Let us know if you have additional questions. 



  • I just bought the alpine 6000 and Like to know how to use it in my car. Do I close all the windows and leave a slight opening for the cord and do I leave the car running or have the ignition on

    Here is the Car usage duration of Alpine Air Ozone Generators:
    4000QAH - 4 to 8 minutes
    6000QAH - 2.5 to 5 minutes

    Yes, you need to close all the windows except for a small opening for the cord. We do recommend to have the ignition off and no humans/pets inside.
